Shipping & Logistics Policy

At Stoneage Natural Rocks Inc. we strive to provide the most accurate and competitive shipping rates for our wholesale partners. To ensure you are never overcharged for estimated freight, we calculate shipping costs after your order is placed and staged for transport.

1. Post-Purchase Shipping Quotes

Shipping is not included at the time of checkout. Because bulk orders may require multiple shipments, palletization, or specialized freight services, shipping costs are calculated based on the final weight, dimensions, and number of separate shipments required to fulfill your order.

2. The Invoicing Process

Once your order is received:

• Step 1: We aggregate your items and determine the most efficient shipping method (LTL Freight, Ground, etc.).

• Step 2: We obtain a real-time shipping estimate from our carriers.

• Step 3: A separate Shipping Invoice will be emailed to you at the address provided during checkout.

3. Payment & Order Release

• Payment Requirement: Shipping invoices must be paid in full before any goods leave our warehouse.

• Order Processing: Once the shipping invoice is settled, your order will be officially released for pickup and a tracking number will be provided.

• Timeline: Please allow 2-3 business days for us to generate your shipping quote after the initial product order is placed.

4. Consolidated vs. Split Shipments

Depending on stock availability and warehouse locations, your order may be split into multiple shipments. Your shipping invoice will reflect the total cost of all necessary shipments. If you have specific carrier preferences or would like to use your own freight account, please contact warehouse@stoneageshops.com immediately after placing your order.
